Refund policy

DREAMERIA – RETURN & REFUND POLICY (ENGLISH)

Effective for all EU customers – in compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly by email at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item(s) you wish to return

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Be in original condition and packaging
  • Include all original tags and hygiene seals

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded if opened or worn:

  • Lingerie
  • Intimate apparel
  • Bodysuits

This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (health & hygiene exception).

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dreameria is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Refund includes:

  • The purchase price of the item(s)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please contact us before returning if you wish to exchange an item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video
  • Your order number

We will provide:

or
✅ Full refund (including any shipping costs)

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale & non-returnable:

  • Hygiene-sensitive intimate items once opened
  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked)
